Gone.
Anyway, I guess I shouldn't be starting this blog on a down note, but the last few days have been really quite an emotional roller-coaster ride (Excited, daunted, happy, depressed, eager anticipation, etc.). That and I haven't slept since Sunday night. And probably won't sleep for another twenty-four hours or so. No sleep 'til Singapore, they tell me, is the best way to avoid any jet lag.
This is the first post of my new blog, written on what is to be my last day in Australia for quite awhile.
My brother Jordan and I will be boarding a plane which is set to take off at three-thirty this afternoon. This will be the first trip out of the country for both of us.
When the adventure properly starts, and I have more news, photos, and tales to tell, I will be posting them here. And hopefully quite regularly.
Until then, I do apologise to the people I was not able to properly say good-bye to, and there are very many of you. It isn't that I don't care, or that you arenn't important to me, but my disorganised state of being has not served me well this time.
And finally, to everyone reading, I truly love you all, and you are in my heart. Always.
Joshua Dunne.
